bumaba lahat ng grades ko sa Midterm... sheesh... except for the major... char... nag-maintain lang siya... anyway, I have been feeling this pagkasamok since Tuesday. It's because I found out that many of my classmates will be shifting or transferring to another school. So what's the problem? Maybe I have developed an attachment to this class that all the time from June I was expecting that we will be together for one whole year. But no. Some of them want to disagree with me.
I don't like it when somebody goes away. I hate the feeling. It makes me cry. Pisay graduation trauma-ed me. I don't know. Even my Dad and Mom, who are not at home today. It makes me so sick inside. I hate being left. I hate it. I don't want any of my classmates to go away. Even for just one whole sem, they gave me a lifetime of memories. I don't know why I'm so OA now that I am having a big drama over it. But no. It just makes me so sad. Tif was right. Crying is good for you. It washes your cornea, the transparent covering of the eye. And tears can help fight off and kill bacteria that can go into your eye's more internal portions. And when bacteria goes in, you can have sore eyes which, if not healed can make you blind. And I don't want to be blind. I'm scared of total darkness.
I have to stop this rapping about anatomy... sheesh... hey. w8 a minute. suddenly anatomy gave me an idea.
here are trivias that i wanna share. I learned it from our Anatomy teacher. Hope you have fun reading and saying "Atik?? talaga?? ganun pala yun?" Hehe... so here goes...:
1. the myth about eating many cholesterol rich foods while you are still young is okay and when you are old you have to stop is not correct. Plaque build up in your blood vessels builds up as time goes by and can not be removed. Yes. It can never be removed. Unless you cut off the blood vessel itself and perform bypass grafting. As early as now, stop eating cholesterol rich foods. Nesvita's milks and other milk products don't remove cholesterol in the vessels, they just prevent free cholesterol in the body from going to the vessels.
2. when you encounter a fracture, your new bone is stronger than the old bone. Therefore the risk of breaking the new bone is very less already. (don't have any ideas on breaking all your bones and renewing them so that they will all become stronger).
3. there is no such thing as a Universal donor (blood) and a Universal recepient. O, as much as possible must receive O and AB must receive AB. (we can never be too sure)
4. hair grows for 2 years and rests for 3 months. In other words, hair stops growing for 3 months after actively growing for 2 years.
5. your left lung is smaller than your right lung.
6. Arteries are colored red, right? That's because the blood that goes through them carries oxygen. But Veins are not blue, as shown in many books. Actually, they are maroon because they carry CO2 and wastes.
7. the heartbeat of humans can be heard at the left portion of the chest, right? Well, a dog's heartbeat can be heard more clearly at the right side of their chests. (try it with your pets..)
anyway, these are just a few... i can't remember the others... so much for that..
God bless guys!!
